On my windowsXP(32 bit), I received a Windows Optional Hardware Update for my Nividia nForce 10/100 Mbps etherent driver. That update entails two.DLL files and an NVENETFD.sys file., The version is 7.3.5.0, dated August 12, 2010. The two.DLL files installed correctly, but the NVENETFD.sys kept giving a code 10 error, even after a number of uninstalls and reinstalls. I believe that.SYS file is corrupt. However, I can not locate a direct download of it from the Nvidia company website.
